About Us

The Amerman Dads Club is where fatherhood meets fun—with just enough responsibility to make it respectable. Sure, we help with fundraisers, volunteer at events, and support our awesome school community. But let’s be honest—we’re also here for the donuts, dad jokes, and an occasional excuse to hang out with other guys who know the pain of stepping on a LEGO. We’re proud to have kids at Amerman, and even prouder to show them that helping out can be a good time. Think of us as a PTA with slightly more flannel, a lot more grilling, and alot less organization.

Our Story

Mission Statement

The Amerman Dads Club was born one fateful evening during a PTA bake sale. As we stood on the sidelines, holding half-eaten cupcakes and politely clapping, it hit us: the PTA was having way too much fun. Coordinated events, themed meetings, inside jokes—honestly, we were a little jealous. So after a few grumbles and a group text or two, we decided it was time to form our own crew. Not just any crew—one that could raise funds and eyebrows, move tables and mountains (of pizza), and finally answer the age-old question: why should moms have all the fun?

We started small: a dunk tank, a dad vs. kids kickball game, a “totally necessary” meeting at the local brewery. Before we knew it, we had a logo, a purpose, and matching T-shirts we definitely didn’t coordinate on purpose. Now, the Amerman Dads Club is a proud tradition of pitching in, showing up, and occasionally forgetting what we signed up for—but always bringing the laughs, the effort, and a little extra noise to every school event.

The Amerman Dad's Club brings together fathers of the Amerman Elementary community to support school initiatives, fundraiser, and events - while building friendships, sharing laughs and making lasting memories for us and our children along the way.
